I was thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship of my UGGs. The thing that blew me away the most, however, was the attentiveness of their shipping. My UGGs were being shipped to the opposite side of the world, and they were able to update me every single step of the way which put my anxieties about something going wrong or missing to rest. I got these for running around during winter in California BUT we went to Cape Cod this spring and I am blown away at how they kept me warm! My feet were snuggled in soft luxury and birdwatching along the salt marshes lasted longer because I could withstand the harsher elements. So glad I invested in these amazing boots and will order house slippers in the fall for me and my family. Absolutely incredible
