I was impressed from the moment I opened my package. The hand written note, the quality and care of the packaging was unmatched. I can’t wait to wear my Uggs this coming winter, these boots were well worth the wait for the incredibly quality and care that were put into making these boots!

After waiting 4 months for them to arrive, I'm bummed to say they are too small (even though I used the size chart). The footprint is the same as my old Uggs (a brand that is popular in America, but come to find out aren't truly Australian, nor good quality) but the fit is very different. They are kind of tight on top of the foot, and snug in a way that is uncomfortable. The advice about the fit says they should be snug, but these feel a little too snug. I am returning them, to order a larger size. That said, the packaging was great, the quality seemed tip-top, and the khaki color was beautiful, as represented on the website. Giving 4 stars anyway, because like I said I have high hopes.
