Manufacturing & Dispatch Times
We are proud to manufacture each and every order at our workshop on the Gold Coast, Australia - so as soon as your order is received, we get to work handcrafting it especially for you. Please take our dispatch estimates into account when placing your order as we have a finite number of orders we can handcraft each day.
At this time, our current dispatch time for all new orders is May 2024.
We are so very grateful for all of the support for our Australian brand UGG Since 1974. As we celebrate our 50th anniversary of handcrafting boots to order at our workshop, we cannot thank you enough for choosing to wait for our genuine, Australian made UGG boots. We are passionate about producing the world's best quality UGG boots, and whilst we are doing everything possible to get your orders out as quickly as possible, there is currently a significant manufacturing wait on all of our products given overwhelming demand. We work through all orders chronologically, so the earlier you place your order, the earlier you will receive it. We might be biased, but we hope you'll find them to be worth the wait.

Express/Rush OrdersGiven overwhelming demand, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any rush orders at this time. All orders received will be placed in the queue and dispatched in accordance with our manufacturing times above. You can still choose to have your order sent by an express postal service at checkout.
If you are collecting your order from in store, you will receive a notification confirming the date and time your order will be available for collection.
We do our best to prepare, pack and fulfil our orders as quickly as possible. If you change your mind or have made an error in your order, you must contact us immediately. We will make every attempt to assist you, but if your order has already been received by our factory, we cannot alter or cancel your order. Any requests for cancellations must be received within 4 hours of your order being placed. We are unable to cancel or amend any orders after this time. Please allow up to 3 business days for our customer service team to respond to your cancellation request as we are working through much higher volumes than usual. It is not necessary to send multiple requests as we promise that all cancellation requests will be actioned in due course.
All purchases of custom made items are final and are unable to be refunded or exchanged.
