I was blown away by the outstanding customer service that I reviewed. Fantastic product and great quality goes without saying but what really impressed me was that this company actually cares about customer satisfaction. I ordered incorrect size and reached out as advised. Absolutely no hassle at all to return them (perfect condition with tags) and exchange for next size. The quality of the Uggs are also exceptional. After waiting 4 months for them to arrive, I'm bummed to say they are too small (even though I used the size chart). The footprint is the same as my old Uggs (a brand that is popular in America, but come to find out aren't truly Australian, nor good quality) but the fit is very different. They are kind of tight on top of the foot, and snug in a way that is uncomfortable. The advice about the fit says they should be snug, but these feel a little too snug. I am returning them, to order a larger size. That said, the packaging was great, the quality seemed tip-top, and the khaki color was beautiful, as represented on the website. Giving 4 stars anyway, because like I said I have high hopes.
I bought the boots for my granddaughter in the Netherlands for her 19th birthday. She only wanted the Ugg Originals, searched your website and made a choice. J is absolutely thrilled with her boots, appreciates the handmade craftsmanship and quality. As far as H is concerned, these are the best!
