First off I really appreciate their honesty about the timeframe of my delivery. That way I did not have false expectations. My boots came prior to the time they said. The boots are exquisite the attention to detail is amazing. One thing I noticed is the other Ugg’s when water gets on them it leaves a mark well I just had a water drop fall on my new boots an I was so nervous the next time I looked down it was gone .
