Shipping Information
Your orders are very important to us, especially if we are posting them to you.
All orders are handcrafted and dispatched from our Gold Coast factory in Queensland, Australia and can be shipped worldwide. For information on our manufacturing times, click here.
Shipping Estimates
Please enter your shipping address at checkout to see up-to-date shipping estimates to your location, as provided by our shipping partners.
Excluded Countries
We are currently unable to ship to Guernsey, Russia and Moldova given logistics and customs issues. Additional countries may be added or removed to this list as issues arise or resolve.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined by the items you have purchased as well as your location and will be calculated at the checkout. Please note that shipping promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
Postal Carriers & Tracking
Once we have dispatched your parcel to our shipping company, you will receive a tracking number which will be sent to the email provided on your original order form. Please ensure you also check your junk emails as our emails can end up there if you have never received an email from us before. All deliveries can be tracked online via the relevant postal carrier's website.
Postal carriers are chosen based on the desired destination of the parcel and based on the goods themselves. We use Australia Post to ship the majority of our parcels but due to certain specifications, we may opt to send your parcel via another service. We will always notify you via email along with your tracking details if this is the case.
Please note that international postage orders may be untrackable beyond Australian borders dependant on both the receiving postal company and the destination country. If you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame, please contact the relevant postal service with your tracking number. If the carrier is unable to locate your order, please contact us and we will lodge a claim on your behalf. Our shipping estimates are provided as a guide only and we are unable to accept any liability for delays in delivery.
Insurance
An option for Insurance can be selected at the checkout to ensure your parcel is protected with an exact replacement if there is an issue with delivery of your order. If you do not choose insurance, we cannot guarantee any parcel protection applied to your order if your order has been stolen or incorrectly delivered by your local postal company.
Import Duties
All international orders are subject to taxes and duties as determined by the country of import, and duties and taxes are not included on international orders. Customs policies differ dependent on the relevant countries' laws and regulations surrounding tax and other economic influences. Unfortunately, we cannot predict whether you will incur any custom clearance fees; however, this information should be readily available via your local customs & imports department website.
Please note that any taxes and duties associated with your shipment are the sole responsibility of the recipient. UGG Since 1974 is not responsible for any import fees associated with your order.
Please note that customs can legally hold your package without notification, and once dispatched, UGG Since 1974 is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order. Refused parcels will incur a small fee.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is unable to be delivered to you, either because you have rejected the parcel, recorded the incorrect delivery address, or failed to collect the parcel within the requisite period, your parcel may be returned to us. In the event of a returned parcel, UGG Since 1974 is unable to cover any re-delivery costs and a re-delivery fee of AUD$20 (domestic orders) or AUD$35 (international orders) will be payable. If we are unable to send your parcel to you (because you choose not to have it returned to your address or we are unable to contact you) a restocking fee of AUD$25 will be deducted from your order cancellation. We very much appreciate you ensuring that you take all necessary steps to receive your parcel as intended, noting that whenever packages are returned to us, our locally owned business also incurs additional return freight charges from our post providers.
In the unlikely event your parcel does go missing, there may be occasions where the postal service does not allow us to lodge an investigation on your behalf. If this is the case, you will need to commence your own investigation before we are able to further action your missing parcel. We will always advise you if this is the case.
Parcels Marked Delivered But Not Received
Unfortunately, the occurrence of parcel theft from the front of residential properties continues to rise. We take every step possible to carefully handcraft your boots, pack them for safe transit and send them with reputable delivery companies to your nominated address to ensure your parcel makes it to you safely. However, once your parcel has been marked received at your address, we are no longer able to bear responsibility for its safety as we cannot protect your parcel from local theft in your neighbourhood.
If you are unsure whether you can be home to receive your parcel, and your property does not permit your parcel to be left in a locked box or protected area at your residence, we recommend nominating a safe address such as your local post office or a safety postal box. Please note most freight providers no longer provide a signature on delivery service, and they will generally leave the parcel at the front of the property unless you have instructed us to leave alternate delivery directions at the time of checkout.
