To give you peace of mind, we offer a 12-month manufacturing warranty on the craftsmanship of our boots.
What Our Warranty Covers
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues with your boots that you believe are due to a manufacturing fault, please reach out to our customer service team. We are committed to ensuring you receive the high-quality product you expect from UGG Since 1974.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To process a warranty claim, you will need to provide your original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Claims without a receipt will not be eligible for warranty consideration.
If you believe your boots have a manufacturing fault, please contact our support team with the following information:
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the affected area(s)
- Your original purchase receipt
Our team will review your claim and advise on the next steps. If your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace your boots at our discretion.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover any issues or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or alterations made by third parties. Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions, incorrect cleaning methods, or general wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.
