Manufacturing & Shipping Times

Once you place your order, we’ll aim to get your UGG boots manufactured the following business day, and they will generally be on their way to you in the post the following business day. Please note that during our busy periods, we may need up to three business days to manufacture your order.

All orders are handcrafted and dispatched from our Gold Coast factory in Queensland, Australia and can be shipped worldwide. We offer both standard and express shipping options. We have flat rate shipping costs and your postage fee will be automatically added to your order at checkout.

For domestic orders within Australia:

  • Domestic Standard Post is AUD$15.00, and depending on your location, will arrive in 3-7 business days.
  • Domestic Express Post Is AUD$35.50, and depending on your location, will arrive in 2-4 business days.

For international orders (anywhere outside Australia):

  • International Standard Post is AUD$35.00, and depending on your location, will arrive in 10-15 business days.
  • International Express Post is AUD$60.00, and depending on your location, will arrive in 5-10 business days.

Please note that our postage times are estimates only, and this is particularly the case for international orders as your package will be handed over to your local delivery service. International customers should also keep in mind that your country’s customs department can legally hold your package without notification, and once dispatched, UGG Australian Made Since 1974 is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order.  However, we will always do our best to ensure your parcel arrives as soon as possible.

Wherever possible, we’ll prioritise Express Post orders, so if you need your new UGGs in a hurry, we recommend that you choose this option.
