I bought these for My Granddaughter and while I didn’t order early enough to make it in time for Christmas, when they got to her she was so happy. they fit well they look just like advertised and they are durable.
I have gone through many pairs of Ugg boots and nothing comes close to these. They are warm and yet breathable, tough wearing soles and beyond excellent sheepskin quality.
My feet always got hot in other Ugg boots - but these I can easily wear all day long. I can't recommend these highly enough. Treat yourself - you won't regret it!
I finally managed to get my hands on a pair of these after a very long time and wore these non stop during the winter! I would also highly recommend these if you are pregnant as it was so easy to slip on and off (you may need to size up).
Bought the ultra minis in size 9 for my daughter. If she could she would have worn them to bed. She loved them from the moment she put them on.

The quality of these boots is next level. I bought the chocolate brown color and they are perfection. I would much rather buy from a family owned business from Australia, whose boots are the originals, than on the U.S. version. The customer service, transparency and overall quality are 11/10. These are so incredibly beautiful!!! The quality are amazing, I’ve just finished suede protecting them. They were packed so beautifully and you can really tell that so much care goes into them.
I’m obsessed with my since 74 Uggs. The quality is truly unmatched, they are so comfy and warm. Love that they have the option to order more soles too instead of having to buy new boots each time. no good- they are not from sheep- but sintetic. not like in advertisment. no sending back proper size but gift card . and taxis paying 2 times. now this boots are from gold and wife will wear only inside at home. some years ago they where from natural shep wool- now syntetic

When I found out about the legal battle, I ran to the website to support but I’m so happy with my purchase. I had no doubt I would enjoy the shoes, as they ARE as comfy as the look. But for being a petty, retaliatory purchase I made to stand up for a company that deserves it, the fact that the shoes are as wonderful as they end up being is just an added bonus.
I ordered these boots early November and received in late March. The sizing had changed and the boots were short in the front and the heel area was extremely wide. My foot came out of the boot every step I took. Customer service was nice and committed to taking the boot back - but at my own cost of postage. That postage at the lowest rate was $75. Unaffordable for me. I asked for an alternative solution and I was offered none. Now I have a pair of $200 boots I can’t wear and understand Uggs since 1974 doesn’t honor manufacturing mistakes. Be very careful. I wouldn’t buy from them again-ever.
I ordered my usual size and they were extremely tight and my toes reached the top of the boot. After waiting several months and paying import fees, high shipping costs, I do not think it is worth it unless maybe you get the right size. The customer service when it comes to shipping and returns is too difficult for me.
Just received my first real pair of UGG slippers after countless fake pears. Whoa, whoa whoa they are incredible. They are way beyond what I thought they would be. I am already ordering another pair for my mom.
I ordered my UGGs and realized after that I screwed up the size. I sent an email shortly after ordering to see if I could remedy the situation and very quickly received an email from a person that said not to worry. We will correct the size. My UGGs have arrived and they fit perfectly as I was ensured they would. The attention to detail in the packaging is phenomenal. Seeing how every detail in the box had so much thought behind it, really made me feel like part of the UGG Since 1974 family. The quality of my slippers is second to none! And to top it off, they came with a storage bag and a very nice personalized note was the final touch. I will not order from any other place and I look forward to the next pairs I get to order!

I love them! They actually have room for your ankle for your actual foot size! Also it's soft, like really soft. And my toddler even picked these boots over the big American brand one that we have. He said they're not comfy but these ones are! I'll be getting more! Thank you so much!
After 6 months of waiting I received a pair of slides that I could barely get on my feet. The strap was sewn so tight it made my toes go numb while trying to test them out. I’m in the US so I have to pay for return shipment, despite being sent unwearable shoes. My feet have been scanned and measured before, so I know I have slim, average-narrow width feet. I would definitely keep them if they had been wearable because they’re very cute.
