After waiting months for my order I finally received them and they were a completely different pair to the one I had ordered - I ordered the designer candles and received a pair of slippers - I want to return them and get a refund - it’s just such terrible service and then to get the wrong pair!!!
While the product is nice and well crafted.
They sent the wrong size.
I wrote an email about the matter.
And I still yet to hear from the company.
It took a long time to get them and I’m not
sure if returns are free.

You may have missed the sizing information on the product at the time of ordering which says;
'Please note the UGG size will be shown on the tags upon arrival.'
I can see you ordered a US 7 / UGG 6 - so the size 6 shown on the tag is an UGG 6 which is a US 7 that you ordered.

These slides scream quality. I try and buy Australian products when I can so I'm glad I found this store. The slides are comfortable and the correct size. They are very warm even though they have open toes, but there is no over heating. I will definitely purchase from this store again. Thank you so much.

Love the softness of the sheepskin, however, my foot slides completely through the opening. It is like the opening is made for a wide or extra large foot.
