All products sent outside of Australia and New Zealand will be crafted with our “Since 74” label, due to trademark issues with the term UGG.
Our Classic Ugg Boots fit true to your everyday shoe size, but it's always best to measure against our size chart here just in case of any variances to ensure the perfect fit.
Please note since our sizing is unisex, all men’s boots & slippers will be tagged with the ugg size, rather than their US size, so don’t be alarmed by this.

These are my Ultra Mini Platforms after 2 months of heavy wear. That includes slush, ice, and deep snow. They still look pristine and are clearly built to last! Comfort and quality goes without saying, but what is really worth mentioning is the customer service. The boots I originally ordered were back ordered due to the platform color being unavailable. Most companies would have just cancelled the order and sent a generic email, but instead their associates went above and beyond to give me other options. I can’t begin to express how much that meant to me and how much I love the color combination they came up with. I’ve already ordered another style and am happy to say I will be a life long customer.
So happy I found the real uggs like the ones I had in highs chool in 2005. Great quality!!
I bought it and the size was wrong, the customer service was amazing helped me every step. The boots are super comfortable and most of the time I wear them without socks. They shed at first a little but after that no shedding. I got oil on these while cooking and cause me to stress when it go stained but then clean them every other day and it fully came off. Will be taking it to the dry cleaners next. But my favorite and I will be buying more in the future for my family members because they loved it too.
I bought these for my daughter and the quality compared to other 'UGGS' is SO much better. Really glad we got these and will be ordered more! Thank you :)
I’m in eu 38.5 in shoes and i took 38 in these and they are little bit tight but im feeling hopeful and they will flat little bit out so they are more
Comfortable. But they are so well done and beautiful !
But i will never purchase from the other UGG company because these are more valueble and better made!
